How to request deletion
- Send an email from your registered Makdrix Client email address to support@makdrix.com .
- Use the subject line: Delete Makdrix Client Account .
- Include your full name and your registered phone number or email address.
Data retention
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.
Certain transaction, payment, trip, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or tax records may be retained when required by applicable law or legitimate regulatory obligations.
Once applicable retention periods expire, the relevant data may be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.
