1. Send an email from your registered driver email address to support@makdrix.com .
2. Use the subject line: Delete Makdrix Driver Account .
3. Include your full name and registered phone number or email address.

Data that will be deleted

• Driver profile information.
• Uploaded driver and vehicle documents.
• Location history associated with the account, subject to applicable retention requirements.
• Login credentials and authentication information.

Data retention

Certain records, such as completed trips, financial transactions, commissions, payments, or other records required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
