Delete Makdrix Driver Account

Account deletion request

Makdrix Driver users may request the permanent deletion of their driver account and associated personal data. Follow the instructions below to submit your request.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email from the email address registered with your Makdrix Driver account.
  2. Send the request to: support@makdrix.com
  3. Use the following subject line: Delete Makdrix Driver Account
  4. Include your full name and registered phone number or email address so that we can identify your account.

Request Account Deletion

Data associated with your account

When your deletion request is approved, personal data associated with your Makdrix Driver account may be permanently deleted, including:

  • Driver profile information.
  • Uploaded identity and driver documents.
  • Vehicle information and uploaded vehicle documents.
  • Location history associated with your account, subject to applicable retention requirements.
  • Login credentials and authentication information.

Information that may be retained

Some information may need to be retained after account deletion when required for legitimate legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, security, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.

This may include records related to:

  • Completed trips.
  • Financial transactions.
  • Driver commissions and payouts.
  • Accounting and tax records.
  • Security or fraud-prevention records when legally permitted or required.

Such information will be retained only for the period required or permitted by applicable obligations and may then be deleted or anonymized.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days after Makdrix receives sufficient information to identify and verify the account.

Permanent deletion

Once your Makdrix Driver account has been permanently deleted, the account cannot be recovered.

If you wish to use Makdrix Driver again in the future, you may need to create a new account and complete the applicable driver registration and verification process again.
